Objective:
The objective of this agreement is to help strengthen the cooperation between the parties and focus on the mutual interest in the broad areas of science and technology.

Approach:
USDA and HEC intend to encourage and facilitiate direct contacts among appropriate institutions and specialists work toward long-term cooperation in agricultural research, exchanges, training and development programs.
