Critical Habitat Designated for the Hine's Emerald Dragonfly:

Critical habitat for the Hine's emerald dragonfly was proposed on July 26, 2006. A draft Economic Analysis was available March 2007 with a subsequent re-opening of the comment period on May 18, 2007. A final designation of critical habitat was published on September 5, 2007. On April X, 2009 the comment period on the original proposal (dated July 26, 2006) to designate critical habitat was re-opened to allow the public to comment on exclusions that were proposed and then included in the final designation.
