NHEERL Research Programs

EPA's goal is for the United States to lead other nations in successful, multilateral efforts to reduce significant risks to human health and ecosystems from climate change, stratospheric ozone depletion, and other hazards of international concern. NHEERL supports EPA's goal by conducting research on the effects of global climate change on human health and ecosystem integrity. We also oversee our international programs under this goal.
