Who may apply: Institutions of higher education (IHEs) or combinations of IHEs and other public and private nonprofit institutions and agencies.
The Russian Federation has identified the following Russian institutions as eligible for participation in the FY 2008 competition:
Engineering: Bauman Moscow State Technical University
Economics: State University of Higher Economics
Application of Information Technology (IT) for the Teaching and Learning of Foreign Languages: Russian People's Friendship University
