Moorhead, MN -- Federal and state officials remind victims of the recent flooding that help for disaster-related stress is just a phone call away. Referrals for short-term intervention counseling services for the residents of the counties participating in the MN Flood Disaster Response program are available at no cost.

If you are experiencing emotional distress as a result of the recent flooding and you live in one of the following counties, you can obtain free counseling by calling one of the following numbers. Victims in other counties may call the Crisis Hotline listed in their local phone book.
