MADISON, Wis. -- Disaster Recovery Centers will open for two days in Dane and Grant Counties on Monday, July 12, at 10 a.m. to serve victims of the severe storms, flooding and tornadoes that began May 19, 2004, announced disaster recovery officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM).
