Any advice that goes beyond transaction and sales advice must be set aside and not comingled with pure objective advice, if only for the benefit of the consumer. Unsophisticated people lose track of what they are buying and why. Dont minimize this. Keep advice and sales of products separate. The confusion of these two roles is a significant problem. The public will thank you if you make it clearer, rather than less clear.
