Jeffrey H. Blattner

Jeffrey H. Blattner is a partner with the firm Hogan & Hartson. From 1987-95, Mr. Blattner served as General Counsel, and later Chief Counsel, on the Senate Judiciary Committee staff of Senator Edward M. Kennedy. His involvement in the effort to enact the Civil Rights Act of 1991 was honored by The Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law with an award for his "extraordinary diligence and commitment . . . ." Mr. Blattner graduated with highest honors from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975 and with high honors from Harvard Law School in 1980, and clerked for US Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart. From 1998-2001, he served as Special Counsel for Information Technology and Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the US Justice Department.
