What rules have you changed to stop the "Naked short selling"?
Answer..NOTHING
Will you change the uptick rule?
Answer..Nope
I have no idea why there isn't a full investigation into the SEC and have the SEC and COX held accountable.
Don't bother forwarding your standard reply letter.
