Illegal naked shorting is destroying the portfolios of honest investors everywhere. As example, LDK has been on the list for 219 days. What do we need to do to get the SEC to do it's god damn job for once? The SEC's negligence (at best) and complicity (at worst) by not enforcing the laws already on the books borders on criminal.
