Naked Short Sales have caused the giant swings in the "stock market".
The CNBC "Smart Money" gurus agreed that Naked Shorts have cause the giant swings in the "commodities" area. Those guys are "in the business".
Cramer (of "Mad Money") is also in the busines and he does NOT understand why you do not enforce the current rules which prohibit Naked shorting.
I am a conservative - or Libertarian who does NOT believe in Gov't. "intervention" (e.g. to save the sub prime "dealers") but I believe that the "anti-trust" laws are needed and that the rule against Naked Short Sales would (should) correct the same sort of "taking advantage of position".
