Since this law was passed you have given my hard earned money to a bunch of crooks or terrorists, for all you know. You have no idea. Electronic trading is anonymous.
This law allows ETF's to steal my money and I don't know how much longer I can be an investor in US stock markets. If you allow certain people to steal money, you should own up and tell us who proposed this law? Who voted for it? Who would I and many other investors sue to protect our retirement money from raiders?
I would like an answer Commissioner Cox. This issue demands your attention as it will not go away by itself, and it hurts the American Investor.
