-I have been a shareholder of LDK for over six months. They have been on the naked short violation list most if not all of this time. There are days when more shares are traded than exist in the float. They have taken advantage of the small investor time and time again. Why does the SEC allow this shameless illegal naked short selling to go on without the seller being required to deliver the shares in a timely fashion. We know it is illegal but the law is not enforced. What has to happen to enforce the law and protect the small investor from these ruthless market manipulators?
