My comments are simply to express that I can think of no benefit, and on the contrary actually many harmful side effects, that will continue to be incurred if naked shorting continues to fall under the radar screen of oversight. It is disappointing to know that this kind of transaction continues to flourish within our markets, and I see only good things to come if an end is put to the practice of naked shorting.
