Why at the bottom of the proposed rules does the SEC suggest recommendations for us to comment on? Almost all of the suggested recommendations of topics for commenting are in favor of the the parties which have caused this problem. While I was reading the recommendations I couldnt help myself from thinking they were written by the very culprits themselves.
There should be no exceptions for anyone anywhere for any reason. Stop it already Now
