If the rules proposed by the SEC Judges means that Broker Dealers who are responsible for FTD to be exempt from rule 10B21 then "NAKET SHORT "SELLING iT appears is still allowed,then what was acomplished ? NAKET SHORT selling
was the cause of all the crimminal activity in th e stockmarket.The organization ( SEC) that is suposed to protect the shareholders was appearently looking the other way and now covering their rear end and pretending they did not now. The world is full of ly-ing crooks , cheats ,crimminals,counterfitters, NAKET SORT sellers,it is nice to know that there is a organization to protect THEM before the shareholdres in the market.
