All short selling of securities on all exchanges should be stopped. With the availability of access to information and trading tools spread to all corners of the planet, there is no need to "allow" third parties to exchange assets. All the risk that has been undertaken by the owner of the securities should not be deluted by market "players". Capital invested should produce tangible returns to the people with the most knowlege of what is good business, not to the people running with the latest ""hot" idea.
