I lost over 50 thousnd dollars buying stocks which were then naked shorted to death. I knew nothing about this subject until it was brought to my attention by CMKX two years ago. This is a criminal act...the cuprits should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Please enact the regulation to stop this practise and stop piddling with the subject. It's dead wrong period.
