The SEC and DTCC know EXACTLY what is and has been going on with Naked Short Selling and worst of all our LEADERS should be ashamed of themselves. They ALL know what has been going on and now you ask for COMMENTS. What a slap in the face for the public.
Let's see someone with a bit of backbone put that silly ruler away and give the guilty naked short sellers a real deterrent. Let's stat with the CEO in jail for minimum of 15 years and see how we progress.
I am a betting man, I will bet all my future retirement funds that you will get over 75% of the public supporting my proposal.
Better bet than the current stock market?
Please do the right thing guys. This is the computer age, you can't pull the wool over the publics eyes any more so just put an end to it. There are so many ways to stop this, I have simply suggested one.
