Dear Sir or Madam,
As an average citizen and very small investor I cannot help feeling that you have failed to enforce regulations already on the books concerning naked short selling. Now you are ready to selectively enforce those laws when it comes to protecting the interests of the large financial concerns. Where have you been all this time while the small investor has been taking the brunt of unchecked naked short selling?
