Dear Chairman Cox,
Please go after naked short sellers without delay and with full force. Rather than protecting only the big players ( large financial houses and GSE's ) please put strong rules in place that allow the SEC to MONITOR ALL FAILURE TO DELIVERS no matter the size or ownership of the securities.
I am 55 years old with a very modest IRA......IT IS SIMPLY NOT RIGHT OR FAIR FOR HEDGE FUNDS OR ANYONE ELSE TO STEAL WHAT I HAVE SAVED............PLEASE ENFORCE THE LAW RIGORISHLY AND DISPATCH THE NAKED SHORT SELLING DEN OF THIEVES
