what is wrong with you people?
there is a law against naked shorting, you continue to ignore it. you persecute people like Gary Aguirre who are upholding the law and let criminals create rules like the market maker exemption. http://www.dealbreaker.com/gary_aguirre/
the situation in our markets is causing capitol to leave and you fail to enforce existing laws that would make America a good place to invest again. you fail to perform your stated mission.
America has become a laughing stock synonymous with corruption.
