Dear Sir or Madam:
I think it is reprehensible that the SEC is not protecting individual investors.
You are NOT enforcing existing regulations.
You are allowing naked short selling where a sale is never covered allowing the crooks to manipulate the price of a share of stock.
In my opinion, the option market makers exemption is criminal.
I know this letter wiil do no good because the individual investor does not have the money or power to convince the powerful in charge.
What a pathetic situation.
