I am a hardworking blue collar small invester here in the USA. I may not be able to recite all the details of the ongoing corruption in our markets due to fraudulent naked short selling, but I have read enough and have experienced first hand its devastating impact. Please proceed with the important measures that are long over due to eliminate this fraudulent activity. I have lost thousands of my hard earned dollars and stand to lose more if action is not taken immediately. I currently hold my stock certificates in CMKX which I have patiently waited for a long overdue return on my investment. It has been brought to my attention that the SEC is now holding up my long awaited ROI. Please do not give up on us little guys now Completely remove the grandfather clause and enforce the rules you have proposed to put in place.
