Just a quick comment on this subject.
There should be NO exemptions to this regulation. PERIOD
This illegal practice of creating millions upon millions of FTD's should never have been allowed to happen in the first place.
But then to actually suggest that there may be loopholes through which even ONE of these crooks could escape, is nothing short of Treason
Please do the right thing and enforce these rules WITHOUT exemptions. I know, in my heart that would be the right thing to do, and YOU do too.
