If Reg-SHO is altered or removed, wouldn't that mean that investors who bought high-risk securities or penny stock frauds will no longer be able to blame NSS and the SEC for their irresponsible decisions?
This is unacceptable.
If Reg-SHO can no longer be the focus of unwarranted blame, then a new regulation must be imposed immediately, that will prevent irresponsible investors from taking responsibility for their own decisions.
