Please ENFORCE THE LAW/RULES on NAKED SHORT SELLING
for ALL publicly traded companies, not just 19 Banks.
Small investors are losing Billions due to ILLEGAL
Naked Short Sellers. Many of which use off-shore
accounts. THIS IS INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL TERRORISM.
Please do the right thing I appreciate SEC Chairman
Christopher Cox's efforts so far, but we need the law
to apply to ALL, not just a FEW companies
