Dear Sir's,
I own shares in a diamond company called CMKM Diamonds (CMKX). This company has a very large Fail to Deliver
reported by the company attorney. As a small investor I
find it appalling that Market Makers are allowed to
engage in this Blatantly Illegal Manipulation of selling
air shares (FTD)'s. This Illegal Activity should be detected by the SEC's enforcement staff and severely
punished. To this date no action's have been taken by the
SEC. Does an American citizen have to beg it government
to uphold it own laws ? GOD help us.
