Please consider enforcing the same rules for all parties. Why is naked short selling allowed for non-finance-related stocks? You won't have many more opportunities to turn this ship around, since confidence in our markets will soon be lost if you don't act with the upmost integrity and treat all parties equally, from the smallest investor to the largest institution.
History will remember your actions.
