Is the wrong agencie (SEC) over seeing the securities industry?
Perhaps the FBI needs to be overseeing the Security Industries. If I rent a DVD, and make a copy of that DVD, I can be fined 250,000.00 and go to prison for 5 years via the FBI regulations.
It appears that the SEC does not understand the problem with counterfeiting securities ( naked short trading ) and stealing peoples money.
