Dear Sirs: I have heard that your organization is thinking of changing short sale rules on only finanical stocks. Why not all companies? Sounds to me like a quote from Animal Farm, "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others." Also, calling these transactions NAKED SHORT SELLING reminds me of NEW SPEAK. Why not just call it what it is- FRAUD Thank you for your time. Randy Kimmick
