Again I am writing to ask you what is wrong with this picture? The SEC wrote a clause to granfather all NSS so the corrupt do not have to pay for their sins.
The grandfather clause HAS to be removed completely and let the chips fall on those who have stolen good, honest money from the working class.
It is time to make the playing field fair and make those who broke the rules pay.The SEC is supposed to take care of the investors . ALL... not the big corporate or hedge funds.
We want our rights protected.
Remove the grandfather clause.
