I am curious about several things.
Is the seeming extention of the comment period beyond Sept 19, 2006 by the continuing posting of these comments a palliative to the defrauded investing public? Are you hoping that letting investors-- defrauded with the knowledge and consent of the SEC (via the stay out of jail free card known as Reg SHO)-- post comments will somehow lessen the sting of losses??
Are you guys (and gals) ever going to act??
But mostly-- and yes, this is idle curiosity-- what exactly is a "Type A" letter (your most popular designation), which seemingly constitutes the vast majority of the 2000+/- comment letters??
Is there a "Type B" letter (perhaps those espousing the continuation of the current fraud enabled by Reg SHO)??
I get it... "Type A" is "code" to ignore...
Ah well, file this one as well under "Type A."
