The FTD problem is very apparent in a Big way. Doing away with the Grandfather Clause in SHO is the only solution. From an Economic standpoint it will also correct any slow downs or Ressesion in the Economy that could be on the way. In the way where the Money is due to the thousands of investors Wordwide, through the way of short squeezes which is the only way to correct this problem, would be an instant stimulant to the Economy.
