organizations who have completed or are presently on an assignment in a DOL
agency under the provisions of IPA.
These records consist of a copy of the individual's IPA agreement
between a DOL agency and a State or local government, educational institution,
Indian tribal government, or other organization; biographical and background
information about the assignees.
