Gifts & Contributions to the Institute

We invite you to help us maintain a vigorous and productive community of poverty research scholars by contributing to the Institute for Research on Poverty. Gifts to the IRP General Fund will be used to support the next generation of poverty research through graduate student awards, to recruit the best faculty affiliates, to bring nationally known lecturers to our campus, and to inform policymakers about new strategies for reducing poverty and how they might be implemented and evaluated. All contributions made by private individuals or groups directly to the Institute are processed through the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
