SEC. 918. MONITORING, EVALUATION, AND REPORTING

Section 205(c) of the Education of the Deaf Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4355(c)) is amended by striking `1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997' and inserting `1998 through 2003'.
