PART E--FEDERAL PERKINS LOANS
SEC. 461. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
Subsection (b) of section 461 (20 U.S.C. 1087aa) is amended--
(1) in paragraph (1), by striking `1993' and inserting `1999'; and
(2) in paragraph (2), by striking `1997' each place the term appears and inserting `2003'.
