1990 - 2002

Iowa Telecommunications Services, Inc. was formed in 1999 through a partnership of Iowa Network Services and ING Barings. On 6/30/2000, Iowa Telecommunications purchased three study area jurisdictions in Iowa from Verizon Communications (GTIA, COIA, & COSI). The three study areas remain under price cap regulation, as elective price caps, and are required to file the ARMIS 43-05 Report. In addition, Iowa Telecommunications reached the revenue threshold in 2001; therefore, it will be required to start filing the ARMIS financial reports for calendar year 2003, due April 2004.
