You may call the City switchboard Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (excluding official holidays) at (940) 349-8200. The City switchboard can connect you to any City department. The deaf and hearing impaired may also contact us by phone by calling the Texas Relay service (TDD) at The City and the County are two separate governmental entities. For Denton County offices, call (940) 349-2012. City Hall City Hall is on the north side of McKinney Street, one building east of the main U.S. Post Office. City Hall houses the following departments and offices:
City Hall West Official Mailing Address: City Hall West used to be the original Police station (now located at City Hall East). This historic building is an easy-to-spot Three-story landmark with its trademark Spanish tile roof. City Hall West is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of N. Elm and Pecan streets.
