AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”) and Centennial Communications Corp. (“Centennial”) have filed a series of applications pursuant to Sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and Section 2 of the Cable Landing License Act, seeking Commission approval of the transfer of control to AT&T of licenses, authorizations, and de facto transfer spectrum and spectrum manager leasing arrangements held by Centennial and its subsidiaries. AT&T is a leading provider in the United States of wireless, high-speed Internet access, video, and local and long distance voice services. Centennial is a regional wireless telecommunications service provider, serving approximately 660,000 retail customers in small cities and rural areas in mainland United States and approximately 440,000 customers in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Centennial also provides broadband service, mostly to business customers, in Puerto Rico. See the Public Notice for more information.
