Safety and Health Information Bulletins (SHIBs) are notices, published by
OSHA, that describe significant occupational safety and health issues. SHIBs
replace OSHA’s old Hazard Information Bulletins (HIBs) and Technical
Information Bulletins (TIBs) which provided similar information. The
