Abstract:
The invention involves the diagnosis of Neospora parasite infection. This infection results in neosporosis, a disease causing paralysis and death in dogs and abortion, morbidity andmortality in cattle, sheep, goats and horses. The antibody test results in increased sensitivity andspecificity and fewer false positives in diagnosis of the disease.
