While DFEC has always closely tracked its performance on a wide range of measures, with the passage of the Government Performance Results Act (GPRA), it began to take on a number of key other measures. Important improvements have been made in those key performance indicators as shown
in the following charts and DFEC continues to pursue measurable improvements in its results.
