Employment Opportunities

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) has a nationwide workforce of over 1,100 personnel, employed as: adjudicators (i.e., Immigration Judges and Board Members), attorneys, law clerks, court administrators, interpreters, legal support staff, managers, analysts, administrators, clerks, and students. There are approxmiately 400 employees in EOIR's headquarters offices and the Board of Immigration Appeals, located at Bailey's Crossroads, Falls Church, VA (approximately 9 miles from Washington, DC). The remainder work in EOIR's Immigration Courts across the Nation.
