The Holy Land Incoming Tour Operators Association (HLITOA) is a private sector association that is registered in Jerusalem as a non-profit association. The HLITOA comprises 38 member Tour operators working in the (Inbound) incoming tourism. The HLITOA members are the major source of tourism in general and pilgrimage in specific, which as well plays as an active private sector pillar for the country’s economy bringing in foreign currency, and directing business to other tourism service providers and creating major employment opportunities.

The HLITOA’s vision is to be a key player and major catalyst in developing the Holy Land tourism industry in general and the Palestinian tourism industry in specific and for this sector to contribute towards an independent, viable and sustainable Palestinian economy. The HLITOA aims to support and strengthen its members’ businesses and services through ongoing promotion activities to various market sectors and to contribute to developing their business.
