To whom it concerns:
As a small investor in microcaps, I urge you to adopt measures to frustrate pump and dump schemes. I also am incensed about the abuses of short-selling micro cap stocks. Market maker giants like UBS and TDWaterhouse are crushing emerging companies by driving off investors with voluminous short sales. It is corporate baby-killing. It is unfair to investors, and it is unfair to hard-working small companies. These new companies need some shelter as they grow so that their endeavors can contribute to American progress. The last thing we need is for corporate bullies to loom over small company investors daring them to buy as they drive down stock prices.

Sincerely,
Dane Graves
