Dear Ms. Morris, I am working with those that have similar interests to join in the “Request for Rulemaking to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors.” It seems that there are many different people and organizations tied to and the originators of unsolicited emails and spam. We would like to have the SEC take action against these individuals in order to reduce the amount of email and network traffic that causes such performance and management issues within an organization.
