This Email is in reference to SEC File No. 4-519.
This e-mail is a request for rulemaking to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors.

I am a US citizen in Illinois who is receiving approximately 40 spam e-mails per day urging me to invest in companies Securities.
I have never invested in any Securities and am quite disturbed that someone would do such a thing for their own market gain.
Also, the person or persons sending the e-mails are sending them from an unknown e-mail address so there is no way to contact them.
I wish these people could be brought to justice.
If there is anything I can do, other that keep deleting these e-mails, please let me know.
If you can do anything to control these activities in this world, please do so.

Sincerely,
Derek Krumwiede
