                  COMMISSION TO HOLD EN BANC 
                     TO BE HELD AT NEW TIME
                                
                                    Released:  October 19, 1998
The Federal Communications Commission announces that the first merger En Banc
will take place on Thursday, October 22, 1998, at 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m.  This
Public Notice changes the time of the first merger En Banc that was announced in
the original Public Notice released on October 9th.  All other details of this En Banc
remain as in the original Public Notice.
